Access to and use of the 777qa platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you maintain an active account:

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your registration information at all times and to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate. 777qa reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time and to request supporting documentation.

• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in your own name. This number will be used for account verification, SMS security codes, and support communications.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general Terms document, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

• All bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds unless otherwise specified. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777qa and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 777qa platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory.

777qa does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 777qa does not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the platform will be accurate or reliable. Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues that prevent a player from completing a transaction or participating in a game do not entitle the player to compensation unless 777qa determines, in its sole discretion, that a material error directly caused a quantifiable player loss.

• Losses arising from the player's own decisions, betting selections, or risk management choices during real-money gaming sessions.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to protect their credentials.
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on information obtained from the platform that is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

777qa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, the prohibited conduct provisions, or the responsible gaming obligations.
• 777qa is required to suspend the account by applicable law, a regulatory requirement, or a directive from a competent authority.
• The player's account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or real-money gaming activity) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• 777qa has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other activity that poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any bonus funds, winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements, and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. 777qa reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 777qa operates as a platform providing entertainment services and does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is each player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the 777qa platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a player and 777qa, the player is required to contact 777qa support in the first instance and allow 777qa a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the player's initial complaint being lodged, both parties may pursue resolution through available legal channels. 777qa will cooperate fully with any competent authority or dispute resolution body in the investigation or resolution of any complaint.
